The way men fall asleep (NO, NO, NO!)

This is what happens when one cannot sleep.

One ends up sounding like a bloody harlot. And the old-fashioned pedantic kind who will use phrasing such as "one does" and words like "harlot", at that.

"The first of many encounters". I'll say. Beautifully turned out.

No no no.
One is hungry.
One is coke-deprived.
One is not victorian.
But one most certainly does not engage in wanton behaviour.
Not that often anyway.

Just on that one... would you prefer coke deprivation or sleep deprivation? A sign of a true tech junkie is someone who would answer the latter. I don't speak any european languages other than french, so I apologise for not reading much of this journal of yours. It LOOKS interesting though!

May the Chicken Be With You.

I am most certainly NOT a techie. I am still trying to figure out how to insert links to others' blogs from mine, that's how un-techie I am. I also own a PC, which is very un-geeky of me, I'm told (though I did love "Microserfs" so maybe I'll be a techie in my next life).

As for your question. I do go a bit batty when I don't sleep. I also get the mother of all migraines when I don't drink enough coke. So I'm caught between a rock and a hard place. As we say, "Better to be rich, pretty and healthy than poor, ugly and sick". Metaphorically, that's what I'd choose.

Now. Considering most of my posts are in fact in English, and considering English is in fact your native language, if you think I'm buying your excuse you've got Buckley's, you Mexican! Next time invent something like "have no time to waste, must babysit le poulet" - that will at least give you street creed.

PS - I'll pay more attention to your blog once workload lifts up a bit, Chicken has me intrigued, looming exams have me in tears, Chicken might just win.

And exactly how did you know I'm MEXICAN??? {He writes with cheeky grin on face.}

The hint has been taken, an entire evening has been set aside for reading all the posts on this blog... but I notice you're a fan of Dune, Anne McCaffery etc... that is interesting. I don't know why as yet, but I'll keep you posted.

The Chicken is grateful for your time.

One goes away for a week of self-prescribed holiday, and one comes back to find that the chicken man has moved in as resident stalker/quirky commenter.

One thought we had something.
