(The) Porties' head
It is more than a bit disparaging to be in a club and realise you’re as tall or taller than most of the men in it. God, are the Porties short! On the good news front, you can see for miles and miles, a sea of dark little Porties' heads bobbing up-and-down, up-and-down.

Actually, the converter says it's 5'8.11''-. Whichever way one writes it.
