Cat's out of the bag... and in the drawer

Can you tell we have a brand new dig cam? No? Well we do!

I opened my closet to put away some underwear and the dark brown Black Plague clawed - literally - her way up the side of the drawer and this is what ensued:

Cat in The Drawer - Sitting up

Cat in The Drawer - Tail

Cat in The Drawer - Wha?

She doesn't care much abt relocation but I don't care much for hair in my knickers so guess who won. I am still pissy abt having had to replace this bcs she decided to paw it till it fell off the bedside table and then had the absolute gall to be scared by the noise of shattering glass; and abt not sleeping bcs at around 4 am she regularly paws the bedroom closet door in order to be let in and go explore EVEN THOUGH SHE NEVER IS ALLOWED IN; and abt how regularly she decides she will not, NOT, I tell you, poop in the litter box bcs the other cat has the audacity to use it also and therefore the surrounding kitchen floor is the way to go; oh and while we're at it abt not being able to have the litterbox in the bathroom bcs then the whole bathroom floor PLUS rug are fair game, never the box; and abt her wanton and obsessive plastic-eating, photo-licking, written-on-paper-chewing behaviour.

I will be such a good vet one day!

Oh, she's adorable, even if hair in your knickers is an issue.

You will make a great vet one day. You have infinite patience with animals and you care about all creatures. I admire that.

Bjs!

What kind of camera is it? You can't mention a new electronic gadget and not give details. There are gadget geeks (like moi) who read this blog you know...

Cats are sneaky little devils. What they won't do for their own entertainment and comfort...

Well, I was wondering about the sudden spattering of recent pictures. So very glad you finally have one. Now the furry ones can perform for an international audience.

I swear I left a comment. Stupid blogger.

J, Hum-Hum looks adorable, as always, even curled up where she doesn't belong. I love the last pic w/her eyes looking at you smugly - you can just hear her thinking "You know you love me. I am so damn cute. Admire me."

Miss you and the small furry ones much. Thank you for feeding my addiction.

Truly excited about the camera. More pics soon! Please?

Love you!

Auntie T, no worries, the Black Plague is safe, she is actually someone's favourite. Much chirping happens on both sides and he melts whenever she licks him. (shhh, don't tell him I said so)

Noors, the Lioness got someone who got a camera is more like it. I still couldn't afford one. Sad, I know.

DM, as if I'll be able to help myself! Wish you could drop by for the weekend.

Oh Noorster, my animals aren't bothered by details, they shed multicolourly everywhere. Every single cm of every available surface. Much more comprehensive that way.

The Black Plague is the evil twin to MY evil kitty. They could be one and the same (or is it one in the same? I never remember) evil cat.

Lioness, thanks for visiting girl named moe, as I like all the love I can get.

What a great kitty--she likes to make her presence felt. I think cats like to feel like they are in charge and will resort to extremes!

My dear departed Sasha-cat used to gently bite the inside of my nostril to wake me up. They stop at nothing...

K I T T Y !!! They make such wonderful smooshie friends don't they? The bitches. Alas is this not why we love them so much? Suspect you will make a wonderful vet in spite of the plague. Congrats on the digital.

When we returned home from holiday there has been a heat wave and our flat is covered in an inch of fur. I swear the cat is thinner.
