Veronica Mars, S2E10

CRASH! - (n) Bleak, cartilaginous sound made by a show jumping the shark.

Sad.

[PS - No one will ever convince me that Veronica could actually find rectangular, wooden Duncan cool or sexy after having a go at Logan, whom I found ugly at first and now find rather tasty. So there. Plus, Duncan's real name is Teddy. Teddy. I ask you.]

Um, that's not the point about your blog, now, is it? It's up to us, the readers, to decide that point.

Er, Joe, what are you talking abt? I'm talking abt Veronica Mars, the show, which had an absolutely fabulous 1st season and now seems to be taking a turn for the much worse. What am I missing??

Ed, I'm still confused. If Joe's talking abt my blog, then it makes sense he writes "readers". If he's talking as a telly-watcher, then I am one and therefore why mention the readers? Confused, as I said. And thank you! But no, no bones.

Joe's comment confuses me, too. Ah well. As to the food, I have no guesses!

But Happy Anniversary all the same!

Has it been a year?? Or six months?? In any case - HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

As for the food, sushi, and each other for dessert?

Did I just write that?

Lorem, very good! Sushi indeed, of course. What else! One day, when I'm very rich, I'll have it for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Oh and some smoked salmon as well, of course. And then the bodily pong will scare off everyone but hell, will it be worth it! 7 months yesterday and yes, I was wondering who'd be the first one to make that joke.

Seven months? That is so cool. I am very happy for you both.

As for the sushi, I figured that's what it would be and I just have to tell you "Blech." Although have some wasabi for me. I love the flavor (except in ice cream).

I've not yet watched Veronica Mars but Gil likes it. So I hope for both your sakes that it is not jumping the shark.

Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniverrrrrrsary!

I see you said you'd be going out for sushi, that was my first thought for food. I hope you have a wonderful night out celebrating. You deserve it.

I don't have much to say about the show. I've never seen it.

Well of COURSE it was sushi... that was a question for amateurs.

Veronica Mars? Can't really say I care. Sorry.

However... who would EVER have thought... that wry cynical Lioness... would be so sweet to celebrate an anniversary... of MONTHS! That's just so DARLING! Although... technically... that's not an anniversary. It's more like your 7th Lunaversary. AWWWWW!! What's the official gift for the 7th Lunaversary? HMM?? A slice of tuna??

I'm ducking now... giggling as I avoid the solid pillow swat I know you are aiming at me.

Oh! And thanks so much for the breadmaker... it's JUST what I wanted... as you well know. MWAH!

Happy Anniversary too! But yes, celebrating seven months?
And my comment was posted before you added the paragraph about Veronica - so I had no idea what you were talking about. Don't post in parts if you don't want us confused, as if I wasn't confused enough already. Sorry, confusing?
And I was going to vote for ice cream. Maybe sushi ice cream? (eewww, that doesn't sound too good)

Manuela, well what do you call it then? It is an anniversary of sorts. Bloody Latin. Anyway, you lot are the ones w the funny traditions, like rings inside cakes, men kneeling, chagrin when *gasp* Saturday comes and there are no dates. Anglos... And mind, I may be wry but cynical? Oh please. I am a lamb. I am, honest. You can run but - you know how the rest goes. I will find you yet.

Joe, Joe, Joe, my good man, kindly notice TITLE of post, yes? VERONICA MARS. *clears throat* S2E10 = Season 2, Episode 10. But clearly, Veronica Mars. *cough cough* Don't blame me!

Seven months already? my, how time flies. Congratulations!

Happy Anniversary. May you eat sushi to your heart (and wallet's) content...and as long as it's not "shark," then you are assured to have many more high points of which to aspire.

Here's to raw fish...and a better written Veronic Mars.

So, does that mean that seven months is the sushi anniversary?

Every month should be the sushi anniversary! Mazal Tov!

Oh, yum, sushi! I'm envious. I think RW and I should declare an impromptu Sushi Anniversary this very night.

Re. Veronica Mars: Say it isn't so! We've just started watching Season 1 via DVD and it is SO GOOD. It's like My So Called Prime Suspect Meets Twin Peaks.

Yep, epi 10 was DREADFUL. Really, just profoundly mediocre.

I'm hoping it'll pick back up after the hiatus.

Udge, I know, we feel the same. Isn't it wonderful? We feel like we've been together forever.

Teri, tnx! here's to raw fish as well.

Chimmy, you betcha!

Savtadotty, thank you, it pretty much is. :)

DJ, welcome, and thank you. We di.

Elswhere babe, long time no see! I think you should, immediately, yes! And look, the 1st season is ab fab, I was in hysterics over it. Then there was episode 10 but I am hoping it will get better. hell, episode 4 of SG1 season 1 was appalling, i was acutely embarressed for them. And they recovered, so there's hope! (Let me know how you find the 1st series please, am v curious! LOVE Veronica!)

Rachel, WHAT?? What hiatus?? What? Why?? Till when? When did this happen? Nooooo! You mean to say last episode will be my last memory of VM till God knows when? OY. Am so happy you agree with me, they truly stretched it, as we say. Stretch stretch stretch. (Hi!)

SG...SG...what is SG?? Is there another great TV show out there that I should know about?

Not that I'd have time to watch it. But still. I might, someday.
