Harry Potter!!!

I will get my hands on it at midnight tonight, and will be unavailable till I've read it all. I managed to start The Order of the Phoenix at 10 am, read on till abt 1 am, couldn't not fall asleep anymore BUT! Managed to wake up startled at around 3 am and read the remaining pages. I LOVED it!

This one has abt 100 pp. less, WHY??? I need those extra pages!

I'm so excited, so excited! SOOOOO EXCITED!

Do you guys get it at midnight your time like over here? If so, read quickly and you can post the ending before anyone in the US can even buy it - a scooper!
Ready for the movie?

Yep, planning on picking it up at midnight and reading it on the plane tomorrow. Hopefully R won't bug me too much during the flight!

Maybe we'll bump into each other at the book store...

Laughing...

The image of you so excited about H.P. is DARLING! I never would have expected it... I don't know why... but somehow I only picture you reading Nietzsche or similar...

Delighted to know I was wrong!

Manuela dahling, I don't know how else to say this: ARE YOU FUCKING MAD??

I LOVE Harry Potter, and Eve Dallas, and all Paddington Bear books! Nietzche I read when I was 15, I now find him a bore. Serves you right.

Nietzche? What's a Nietzche? (kidding) but also with Manuela on the "it figures."

I'll have HP in my hot little hands at midnight, even if I have to knock lines of waiting little kids out of my way to do it!!

Bwhahhahah (evil laugh)

The B&N by my place is having some evening party complete with a wizard and an owl. They sell the book at midnight.

An owl. You heard me. An owl.

You will get your grubby hands on yours before I get mine on mine. Cursed time zone. Charles has promised me that he will do extra kid duty this weekend. I am horrified to find that this book will be less than 900 pages. She is breaking her tradition. Maybe the type is smaller.

Over and out.

Eh? What's that you're saying? Is that my gout playing up again, or did you talk about some Garry Cotter chap?

I don't know, you young people are strange and a little frightening. I think you should stay in a cupboard until you reach a ripe old age.
